Job summary

Comfort Keepers is inviting applications for caring professionals to help individuals live independently at home in Ireland. You will deliver personal care, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and support clients with dignity while travelling to client visits in the local area.

The role offers full-time or part-time positions, with training, a structured induction, and mileage reimbursement. Garda vetting, uniform, and 24/7 on-call support are provided to support your service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Experienced Required: 0 years.
Minimum Qualification: No Qualification.
Desirable: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, or willingness to complete it.
Desirable: Customer Service and Personal/Social Care skills are preferred.
Desirable: Flexibility and Time Management abilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver personal care including support with mobility, dressing and continence care with dignity and respect.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Provide medication prompts and maintain accurate, timely records.
Travel between client visits within your local area.
Observe client wellbeing and escalate concerns promptly to the local office management.
Build a professional, trusted relationship with your client and their family.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
