Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; if not held, the company will support you to complete it.
• Genuine motivation to support people in your community to live with independence and dignity.
• Right to Work in Ireland and EU is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care including support with mobility, dressing, and continence care with dignity and respect at all times.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate, timely records.
• Travel between client visits within your local area.
• Observing client wellbeing and escalating any concerns promptly to the local office management.
• Building a professional, trusted relationship with your client and their family.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy at all times.
