Job summary
Right at Home Ireland is one of Ireland's leading and award-winning home care providers. We are hiring full-time and part-time Home Care Assistants to support clients in Dublin 3 and the Dublin North area.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We offer pay rates between €14.15 and €17.00 per hour depending on experience, flexible hours, paid training and development, Employee of the Month & Employee of the Year awards, a refer a friend scheme, and progression
Qualifications
- Compassion, patience and empathy are essential.
- 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) are required.
- Up-to-date Patient Moving & Handling certificate, training provided if needed.
- International Police Clearance if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal and practical care.
- Supporting independence and social involvement.
- Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
- Reporting issues or changes to the manager.
