Job summary

Doyle Shipping Group in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse & HGV Operative to move cargo trailers on and off site and support warehouse tasks. The role covers operating equipment and ensuring safe handling of goods.

You'll work a 12-hour rotating shift Mon-Sun, with a fixed-term 12-month contract. Essential licenses include HGV category C/CE and CPCs, plus forklift, power pallet truck, and terminal tractor credentials.

Qualifications

• Forklift Licence Certification
• Power pallet truck ticket
• Terminal Tractor Certification
• HGV category C and CE Licences with all CPCs up to date

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers
• Assist with the safe loading, handling and unloading of cargo/materials
• Assist with the handballing of cargo/materials
• Ensure incoming cargo/materials are stored, stacked, and distributed according to procedures
• Keep the warehouse tidy, clean and secure
• Process and organise deliveries/collections to and from the warehouse
• Operate forklifts, ride-on power pallet truck and Terminal Tractor safely
• Carry out other duties as required by management
