Job description

As a Loader/Unloader on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient shunting and loading/unloading of our temperature controlled HGV trucks. This is a night shift role Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from HGV trucks in an efficient and accurate manner, ensuring all items are correctly handled. Shunting: Safely shunt trucks on and off bay. Warehouse Operations: Ensure that all goods are organized and stored correctly, preparing them for dispatch as required. Health & Safety: Adhere to all company health and safety guidelines, particularly while working during night hours and around heavy machinery. Documentation: Accurately complete any required paperwork or digital records related to shipments, inventory, and vehicle maintenance. Report any discrepancies to the Depot Manager.
