Real World Analytics in Dublin is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join the Automotive team and support customers using our reporting and analytics platform. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in customer support, administration, or technology.
You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, logging and tracking issues, while learning about automotive retail, BI reporting, and how a growing tech-enabled business operates. Full training will be provided.

We transform how head office retail managers improve the business performance of their companies with our Decision Support Solution. The Cloud solution is primarily based on Data Analytics tools combined with our deep market knowledge. RWA is a scale-up company with more than 150 group customers in Ireland and the UK in the retail, pharmacy, and automotive sectors.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to log, track, and resolve issues, while learning about automotive retail, business intelligence reporting, and how a growing tech‑enabled business operates. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

We have an office base in Dublin 12 where we meet and for this position occasional travel to Dublin will be required.
We see the role as being an early start therefore the hours would likely be 7am to 3.30pm or 7.30am to 4pm.
