Job summary

Real World Analytics in Dublin is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join the Automotive team and support customers using our reporting and analytics platform. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in customer support, administration, or technology.

You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, logging and tracking issues, while learning about automotive retail, BI reporting, and how a growing tech-enabled business operates. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

Genuine interest in customer support, administration, or technology.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good attention to detail and organisation.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn.
Fluent English Speaker.
Eligible to work in Ireland permanently.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries (email and internal systems).
Log and track support requests accurately using our support tools (e.g. Monday.com).
Keep customers updated on progress in a clear and friendly way.
Help customers with basic queries such as access to reports and dashboards, passwords, and permissions.
