• Thorough understanding of the NAV production and review process.
• Experience supervising fund accounting teams or mentoring staff.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NAV production and review for a portfolio of hedge fund clients.
• Lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals.
• Review reconciliations, valuations, fee calculations and financial reporting.
• Manage client relationships and act as senior escalation point.
• Monitor service delivery against deadlines and quality standards.
• Support onboarding of new funds and implementation of new business.
• Provide coaching and structured training to team members.
• Strengthen operational controls and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, custody, investor services and technology teams.
