Sabeo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation in Ireland. You will drive projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating clinical, operational and technology teams to meet governance standards.

The role emphasizes strong planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement, with experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments. Healthcare transformation and digital projects are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading project delivery from initiation to successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports and other documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business areas.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and documentation.
• Coordinate activities across business, operational, clinical and technology teams.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies with escalation.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to meet objectives.
• Support change management, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance and PM standards.
