Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an Application Specialist in Ireland to contract and implement TrakCare PAS modules across healthcare organisations. You will become a product expert, advising customers on best-fit solutions and mapping existing processes to standard ISC offerings.

Travel to customer sites up to five days per week is possible. You will guide discovery, launch, setup, adoption and sustain phases, develop validation scripts, and ensure data integrity throughout implementation while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare and PAS processes in UK.
• Deep understanding of PAS rules and hospital workflows.
• Experience writing functional documents and mapping business processes.
• Experience interfacing with clinicians and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to InterSystems ARIES methodology and ensure successful product implementation.
• Conduct discovery, launch, setup, adoption and sustain activities with customers.
• Create validation scripts and configuration documentation.
• Provide on-site support and training during Go-Live.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Product Team to resolve issues and changes.
