Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is recruiting a Full Time Customer Service Agent at Stratus House, Blanchardstown. You will join a team delivering homecare services to thousands of customers across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, working between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in healthcare or related sectors, excellent telephone manner, strong written and spoken English, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Competenze

• 2 years of customer service experience at department level.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics desirable.

Mansioni

• Answer queries from home care patients and healthcare staff in a dynamic environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues.
• Process orders and tasks for field staff on our bespoke database.
• Ensure service levels and targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Perform ad-hoc office administration duties as needed.
