Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a field-based Healthcare Technician to install medical devices in patients' homes and hospitals, provide training, and support prescribers within regulatory and prescription guidelines.

You will participate in on-call rosters, ensure patient satisfaction, and report materiovigilance incidents while contributing to a diverse, inclusive team that leads in healthcare innovation.

• Willingness to work on call roster.

Responsabilités

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to local regulations and prescriptions.
• Train the patient in the use of equipment according to local regulations.
• Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow-up and treatment compliance.
• Ensure satisfaction of patients and prescribers during follow-up of their treatment.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance.

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies: Home Oxygen Nebulisers Ventilations Sleep We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare).

Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber
• Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
