CareChoice is seeking Healthcare Assistants in Swords, Ireland, to join a diverse team of professionals. You will support nursing staff, assist residents with personal care, nutrition, and mobility, and help maintain dignity and well-being across shifts.

Excellent communication and a caring attitude are essential, with varied shift patterns including days, nights and weekends. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a expanding group.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent.
• Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Good English language skills and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Support nursing staff in providing high quality holistic care to residents.
• Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care, ensuring dignity.
• Assist with eating and drinking according to nutrition needs.
• Assist with mobility and use of correct aids.
• Escort or transfer residents as directed by nurses.
• Assist in End of Life care.
• Perform other duties as directed by nursing staff and management.
