Job summary

Be Independent Home Care Ltd in Ireland is recruiting home care assistants for Monday to Friday morning and evening hours, and/or Saturday and Sunday hours in Swords. Join a Great Place to Work Certified team delivering compassionate in-home care within the local area.

We offer competitive pay from €14.50 per hour, extra pay on bank holidays, a 2‑day induction, fully funded QQI training, mileage allowance for driving carers, and rewarding schemes. Garda clearance and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, caring, positive and dependable individual.
• Experience providing care in the home.
• Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) desirable; QQI training provided if you have care experience.
• Will pass Garda Clearance.

Required Education, Skills And Qualifications

• Are a Cheerful, Caring, Positive and Dependable Individual
• Have Experience in providing care in the home
• A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential as if you have care experience we provide QQI training to employees
• Will pass Garda Clearance
• Have suitable character references
• Have suitable permission to work
• Have Fluent English
• Dependable Individual who really enjoy working with clients to provide a range of services such as companionship, personal support, meal preparation and mobility assistance.
