Responsibilities

• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

• Assist residents with mobility and independence while ensuring safety.
• Help residents with personal care and hygiene respecting dignity.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with eating, drinking, and comfort throughout the day.
• Organise social and therapeutic activities to enhance quality of life.
• Foster communication between residents, families, and care team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection prevention.
• Support health and safety and undertake duties as directed.
