GS International Recruitment is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with additional needs in residential and community settings across Ireland. You will provide day-to-day care, assist with meals, personal hygiene and mobility, and follow individual care plans within a multidisciplinary team.

Garda Vetting will apply and eligibility to work in Ireland is required. Full-time contracts available (42 hours/week) with part-time options; premiums for Sundays/Public

Qualificações

GS International is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with additional needs in residential and community-based settings.

We are currently recruiting for positions in:

• Dromiskin, Co. Louth
• Gormanston, Co. Meath
• Mulberry Park, Co. Wicklow

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support, assisting service users to maintain independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and support to service users.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and participate in community activities.
• Follow individual care plans and support strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support, Community Care, Social Care, Nursing Studies, or a related discipline is essential.
• Proven experience in a support worker, healthcare assistant, social care, disability support, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends where required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Garda Vetting will apply.

Employment Type

• Full-time and Part-time positions available.
• Full-time contract: 42 hours per week.

€32,000 – €37,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and role requirements.

Part-time positions are paid on a pro-rata basis.

Premium rates may apply for Sunday and Public Holiday shifts
