ETHOS CARE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated healthcare support worker in Ireland to assist residents with daily activities and deliver person-centred care. The role focuses on maintaining dignity, privacy, and respectful relationships, while promoting the ethos of compassionate care within a residential setting.
The position involves organizing social activities, helping with dining and living spaces, and working as part of a team to ensure high standards of care for residents.

Support and assist residents in fulfilling activities of daily living, enabling them to be as inde possible.
Deliver a high standard of person-centred care, ensuring all practices reflect the privacy, dignity, of our residents.
Establish and maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality.
Promote, encourage, and practice the ethos of person-centred care.
Participate in organising and carrying out social outings and in-house activities.
Maintain residents’ dining rooms, living areas, and bedrooms in a neat, presentable, and hygienic.
Must have started or completed FETAC/QQI Major Award Level 5 in Healthcare or relate equivalent. Modules in Care of the Older Person, Infection Prevention & Control, Nutrition, and Palliative Care desirable. Current and valid Infection Control, Manual & Resident Moving & Handling, and Safeguarding of Adults Certificates (training can be provided if required).
