Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd is seeking dedicated carers to provide compassionate in-home support in Bundoran, Ballyshannon, Donegal town and Ballintra. You will assist clients with daily tasks, support mobility and provide companionship, helping to create a safe, comfortable home environment.

Full Irish driving licence/car access is required and QQI Level 5 or equivalent is preferred. Training is provided, with flexible hours and mileage covered to recognise your dedication.

Qualifications

• A caring, reliable and positive attitude is required.
• Experience in care is advantageous but not essential.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks (washing, dressing, meals).
• Support mobility and independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns.
• Create a safe, comfortable home environment.
