Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Castlebar, Co. Mayo is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support, mobility assistance, and companionship to clients in the local area.

The role is on-site in Castlebar with flexible hours and paid training, enriching the lives of clients while building a rewarding career in care. Qualified candidates will have QQI Level 5 or equivalent and a valid Irish driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• People skills developed in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Must hold a Full Irish driving licence and have access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent required.
• Caring, reliable and positive attitude; care experience helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks (washing, dressing, meals)
• Support mobility and independence
