Job summary

ProSys Sampling Systems Ltd in Ireland is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Site Coordination Lead to plan and coordinate customer site installations, service activities and project works while maintaining top safety standards across sites and the manufacturing facilities.

The role involves managing RAMS, permits, and safety documentation, acting as the primary liaison between customers, contractors and internal teams, and promoting a robust safety culture throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7 cert or comparable safety degree.
• Third-level qualification in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in site coordination or safety roles.
• Experience preparing RAMS and site safety docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee site installations, service activities and projects.
• Liaise between customers, contractors and internal teams for delivery.
• Prepare RAMS, permits and other site documentation.
• Coordinate access, logistics and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Lead health and safety across customer sites and ProSys facilities.
• Conduct risk assessments, incidents, and safety reviews; close corrective actions.
