Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for a residential developer with 7+ sites in Wicklow & Dublin. Based in Wicklow or Dublin, the role manages the group’s H&S function across multiple sites and drives robust safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in H&S on residential projects, a relevant diploma/degree, strong people skills, and a full clean driving licence. Competitive package: €85-100K + package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health & Safety, working on residential projects.
• A third level diploma/degree in Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company’s Health & Safety function in its entirety
• Partner with the Construction and Operational Senior Management team to ensure effective delivery of Safety solutions
• Manage, recruit, and develop the Health and Safety team
• Develop, enhance, and implement robust Health & Safety procedures

Required for expanding resdiential developer with 7+ sites in Wicklow & Dublin.

Role will entail setting up and managing H&S systems for the company and overseeing multiple sites.

Role can be based in Ashford or North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company’s Health & Safety function in its entirety
• Partner with the Construction and Operational Senior Management team to ensure effective delivery of Safety solutions
• Manage, recruit, and develop the Health and Safety team
• Develop, enhance, and implement robust Health & Safety procedures
• ensuring statutory and environmental safety obligation
