STRIVE Search is recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for Greater Dublin on behalf of a leading residential developer. You will oversee safety across multiple housing and apartment projects, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and company procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in construction health and safety, multi-site experience, and collaboration with site managers and subcontractors. A company car, bonus and pension are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction health and safety.
• Experience in residential construction.
• Knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.
• Experience in multi-site health and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety standards across multiple residential construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors to maintain safe environments.
• Review RAMS, safety documentation and site procedures.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to improve safety.
