STRIVE Search is recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for Greater Dublin on behalf of a leading residential developer. You will oversee safety across multiple housing and apartment projects, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and company procedures.

The role requires 5+ years in construction health and safety, multi-site experience, and collaboration with site managers and subcontractors. A company car, bonus and pension are included.

Background

Our client is an established residential developer seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee multiple housing and apartment developments across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health and safety standards across multiple residential construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors to maintain safe working environments.
• Review RAMS, safety documentation and site procedures.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in safety standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in construction health and safety, ideally within residential construction.
• Previous experience in a Senior H&S Advisor, H&S Manager or multi-site safety role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and construction site procedures.
