Qualifikationen

• Third-level qualification in Health & Safety is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years on-site H&S Officer experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is advantageous.
• Proven experience with Risk Assessment and EU H&S compliance.
• Experience delivering H&S training and investigations.
• Experience with H&S management systems and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and review Health & Safety policies and programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and related regulations.
• Provide practical H&S guidance to employees and management.
• Act as trusted H&S advisor and promote a safety culture.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and audits.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Safety Representatives and safety committees.
