Job summary

Stantec Ireland is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Consultant to champion a robust safety culture across a national deployment programme. You will ensure safety is embedded in planning, execution and contractor management, aligned with company standards and safety systems.

You will lead audits, investigations and reporting of incidents, near misses and safety observations, while partnering with civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental specialists to drive continuous improvement and

• Ensure compliance with safety systems and policies
• Conduct audits, site visits and reviews for performance
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Promote strong safety culture and challenge standards when needed
