Job summary

Ayrton Recruitment & Talent is partnering with a leading engineering client to hire an EHS Advisor for Dublin and key infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will drive health, safety and environmental standards on Data Centre, pharmaceutical, commercial and industrial schemes.

The role offers strong career progression, support for professional development, and exposure to world-class projects. A Level 7 EH&S qualification and travel readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in EHS/Health & Safety or Construction Safety.
• Construction safety experience is essential.
• Level 7 qualification in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (1–2 trips per month).

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Support project teams in implementing best-practice safety procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Investigate incidents and identify preventative measures.
• Build strong relationships with site teams, contractors and clients.

We are currently seeking an ambitious EHS Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their career and work on some of the most technically advanced construction and engineering projects in Ireland and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Flexibility to travel internationally when required (typically 1-2 trips per month, often less)
