Job summary

Clannad Care is recruiting Health Care Assistants to work across multiple sites in Waterford and nearby counties. You will provide care and support to service users in line with individual care plans and organisational policies.

Essential criteria include QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support and proficient English, with the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. Roles are full-time and depend on service requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Healthcare Assistant or in a comparable care support role.
• Sufficient English to safely perform duties, including record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to service users in accordance with individual care plans and organisational policies.

The role involves providing care and support to service users in accordance with individual care plans, organisational policies, and relevant professional standards.
