FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator for a manufacturing site in the Tipperary/Midlands region. The role supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety management systems, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and maintaining a proactive safety culture.

This is an 11-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for permanency for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, ideally Level 6 or equivalent.
• Experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
• Proactive approach with ability to work with management and employees at all levels.

• Assist with the preparation of Health & Safety reports, statistics and performance updates.

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in the Tipperary/Midlands region, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team.

This is an initial 11-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Health & Safety management systems across the site.

Working closely with management, supervisors and employees, you will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation and maintaining a safe and proactive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

About You
