Job summary

Google Ireland seeks a Head of Search Ads 360 for Google Marketing Platform within Google Customer Solutions in Dublin. This on-site, full-time leadership role focuses on building and executing sales strategies for SA360 and Ads products, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth.

You will design program roadmaps, recruit and coach staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish KPIs to measure success. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in technology, advertising, or online media sales.
• Experience leading a sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design program roadmap that determines the future of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) within GCS, based on external and internal insights.
• Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of GCS-managed customers in an assigned market.
• Establish clear program KPI/OKRs and own outcomes for SA360, translating market or customer needs into activations and strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and lead the team to ensure sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.
