Job summary

Vanguard Ireland seeks a Head of Regulatory Disclosures to lead end-to-end fund disclosures, drafting, reviewing, approving and disseminating filings on time. You will anticipate impacts from regulatory and business changes, manage disclosure risks, and uphold governance with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor disclosure specialists, ensure CBI/FCA alignment, and drive process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial services with regulatory disclosure expertise.
• Qualified lawyer considered; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of European fund disclosure requirements for UCITS/NURS and related regimes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund disclosures, including Prospectuses, KIIDs, PRIIPs and NURS disclosures.
• Lead a team of disclosure specialists and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain governance controls and escalate issues with stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on disclosures.
