Job summary

CameraMatics is seeking a first Head of Product to own the full lifecycle from intake to delivery, introducing a rigorous product discipline across engineering, sales and leadership. You will start hands-on, defining requirements, prioritising work, and shaping the operating model before building and leading a high-performing product team.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product management experience owning the full lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Hands-on operator with the ability to own and deliver early work before building a team.
• Strong commercial judgement to build and defend business cases.
• Track record prioritising a backlog against engineering capacity and lead times.
• Experience building and scaling a product function from an early stage.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product management lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Capture, triage and qualify requests into a single structured backlog.
• Produce clear business cases to justify investment and value.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria and wireframes for delivery.
• Define operating model, processes and cadences with cross-functional teams.
• Establish an AI-augmented product practice to accelerate work.
• Hire, onboard and develop the product team as the function scales.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap, and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
• Own AI product direction and ensure responsible, high-quality delivery.
• Balance portfolio investments to maximise overall value and impact.
