Holafly is seeking a first Head of Procurement to build and lead a global function from scratch. You will drive profitability by aligning telecom partnerships, supplier strategy, and governance across 200+ destinations. This is a rare chance to shape procurement for a high-growth, remote-enabled connectivity leader.

You will design scalable processes, lead international negotiations, and partner with product and business teams to ensure strategic supplier alignment and sustainable cost savings.

The Role

As our first Head of Procurement, you will build our global procurement function from scratch, directly driving profitability through strategic vendor alignment. Your leadership will secure critical telecom partnerships and transform procurement into a sustainable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Holafly's global procurement strategy from the ground up to support rapid international expansion.
• Negotiate high-stakes telecom contracts to secure top-tier pricing, quality, and SLA terms across markets.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks for governance.
• Optimize global supplier spend, unlocking cost savings without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement leadership, +5 years exp. ideally within a fast-growing scale-up or tech environment.
• Direct experience building procurement frameworks and vendor management workflows from zero.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations and financial analysis for complex service agreements.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for designing scalable processes.

Nice to Have

• Background in Telecom, Connectivity, or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations.
