Job summary

Ekco is seeking an experienced Head of NOC in Ireland to lead the Network Operations Centre, shaping strategy, improving service quality and delivering measurable client outcomes. You’ll build high‑performing teams, own day‑to‑day delivery, and partner with engineering and service colleagues to drive maturity and incident resilience.

You’ll influence processes, governance and continuous improvement while developing talent and ensuring excellent client experience across our managed services.

Qualifications

• Led a NOC or similar service delivery function.
• Built high-performing teams with a positive, accountable culture.
• Clear understanding of network operations, monitoring and incident management.
• Experience in client-facing managed services environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a NOC team.
• Own day-to-day NOC service delivery and incident management.
• Improve operating processes, documentation, monitoring and escalation practices.
• Align NOC with client priorities and business goals.
• Lead major incident responses with calm, structured coordination.
• Identify opportunities for automation and knowledge development.
