Job summary

Ekco is seeking an experienced Head of NOC to lead and grow our Network Operations Centre in Ireland. You’ll build high‑performing teams, drive service quality and ensure proactive, client‑focused outcomes across our managed network services.

You’ll partner with service, engineering and client teams, own incident response, improve processes, and mentor the NOC. A background in network operations, monitoring and service improvement, plus ITIL or similar, is essential to help Ekco scale smarter

Qualifications

• Experience leading a NOC or similar service delivery function.
• Ability to build high‑performing teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Strong understanding of network operations, monitoring, incident management and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the NOC team to deliver high‑quality support.
• Own day‑to‑day NOC service delivery including incidents, requests and escalations.
• Improve operating processes, documentation, monitoring and escalation practices.
