Job summary

Harris Group in Ireland seeks a Head of Fleet to define and deliver the national fleet strategy for the Group’s commercial vehicle portfolio. You will drive sustainable volume, revenue and market share across corporate, leasing, rental and public-sector customers, influencing cross-functional teams and major tenders.

The role requires strong commercial capability, deep knowledge of the Irish fleet market and ability to travel across Ireland to manage strategic partnerships and customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Senior-level fleet sales experience in automotive, leasing or mobility sectors.
• Proven ability to grow volume, revenue and margin across national accounts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience with electrified or alternative-fuel fleets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national fleet sales strategy for Ireland.
• Lead acquisition, development and retention of national fleet customers.
• Build senior relationships with fleet decision-makers and partners.
• Lead major tenders, frameworks and pricing strategies.
• Position the group as a partner in fleet electrification with end-to-end solutions.
• Drive customer retention, renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, finance and aftersales.
• Monitor market trends and represent Harris Group at senior meetings.
• Maintain fleet pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting with governance.
