Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services at St James’s Gate Brewery. This senior role directs end-to-end operations, safety, quality and client satisfaction across a high-volume GMP manufacturing environment.

You will oversee more than 150 employees plus subcontractors, drive continuous improvement, manage P&L responsibilities, and partner with the client to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership position within Integrated Facilities Management.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret complex financial and operational information.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the full Integrated Facilities Management portfolio.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and manage a team of 150+ employees and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive P&L management and budget forecasting for the contract.
