Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Head of Operations for Facilities Management at the St James’s Gate Brewery site in Dublin. You will lead a 150+ team plus subcontractors, directing end-to-end operations to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality workplace services.

This senior role requires strategic oversight with day-to-day management, ensuring sustainability, cost control and service excellence across Hard FM, Soft FM, security, catering, and waste management while upholding GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role within facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering services in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Integrated Facilities Management (Hard/Soft FM, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Waste, Grounds, Workplace Services).
• Ensure services meet contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and P&L management.
