Job summary

Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin seeks a driven Head of Estates and Facilities Operations/Technical Services Officer to lead our estates and facilities team. You will oversee project delivery, asset management, maintenance, and environmental compliance.

You will work with service managers and contractors to implement MMUH policies, manage risk, and ensure safe, cost-effective operations across the estate.

Responsibilities

• To provide support and advice in relation to the management of the estate, including project management, estates & facilities maintenance, environmental management and infrastructural risk management.
• To ensure implementation of MMUH policies and procedures in managing the estate, including support for service managers.
• To manage the delivery of individual projects as well as projects relating to Infrastructural Risk matters.
• To manage projects and service contracts in a safe manner, including arrangements for the management of directly employed staff and contractors
• To work in a collaborative manner in relation to estates issues and service requirements.

Job description

The Head of Estates and Facilities Operations/Technical Services Officer will be responsible for:
