Job summary

Codec Azure in Dublin seeks a Team Lead - Customer Success & Account Management to own the group and personal billings targets, drive renewals, retention and expansion across strategic and non-strategic accounts.

You will lead a team of CS/AM professionals, build accountable processes, forecast billings, manage risk early and partner with Sales, Delivery, Support and Consulting to deliver a joined-up Codec experience for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Commercial Account Leadership or similar client-facing roles.
• 5+ years in people / team management preferred.
• Proven experience owning or contributing to billings, renewals, retention or expansion targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly group billings target for the Customer Success Account Management team.
• Deliver personal billings target from directly owned accounts and opportunities.
• Lead and develop the CS/AM team to maximise renewals, retention and expansion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Support and Consulting for a joined-up Codec experience for strategic customers.
• Provide reporting on billings performance, forecast confidence and revenue risks.
