Job summary

Codec Azure in Dublin is seeking a Senior Account Growth Manager for Managed Services & Support to lead growth within existing customer bases. You will target white-space opportunities, engage senior stakeholders and drive bookings, billings and expansion revenue.

Working with Managed Services, Service Delivery, Customer Success and Microsoft teams, you will build compelling business cases, maintain pipeline in CRM and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise technology sales with growth targets.
• Experience expanding existing managed services and cloud portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication.
• Expertise in opportunity qualification, proposal and closing.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, billings and expansion revenue targets.
• Identify white-space opportunities and expand wallet share.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with quarterly/annual targets.
• Collaborate with MS teams, Service Delivery, Customer Success and Microsoft stakeholders.
