Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative, trend-led ranges at great prices using insights and data.
• Drive sales, margin, profit, and stock efficiency through planning and analysis.
• Shape range strategies and manage supplier partnerships to ensure standards.
• Coach and develop buying teams, fostering leadership and accountability.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Sourcing and Ethics to influence decisions.
• Represent Buying at senior leadership and engage stakeholders to share insights.
