About the Role:

Managing a team of Kitchen Porters and assisting the Head Chef with Kitchen Hygiene and HACCP.

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces and equipment.
• Taking out the trash.
• Restocking supplies.
• Assisting chefs with prep work (washing vegetables, etc.).
