Job summary

Bon Secours Health System in Dublin seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager II for the High Dependency Unit. You will lead a nursing and healthcare assistant team, plan resources and maintain professional standards under the designated anaesthetist. Qualifications

• Must be an RGN on the current NMBI Live Register.
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience.
• Management course or willingness to undertake one.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate holistic nursing care.
• Provide clinical direction and support to nursing staff.
• Lead, manage and motivate the nursing team.
• Report incidents to Director/Assistant Director with full details.
• Coordinate unit activities and liaise with hospital departments.
• Attend CNM II/Heads of Department meetings.
