Job summary

Outdoor Innovations in Ireland (Kildare area) is seeking semiskilled hard landscapers for its residential landscaping team. This is a hands-on role with emphasis on following plans and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in hard landscaping, be able to work as part of a team, hold a full driving license, and have strong communication and attention to detail. Benefits include a salary range of €35k-€45k, annual bonus, pension, and opportunities to upskill.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years experience in hard landscaping/construction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on in the work with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Full clean driving license and own transport.
• Ability to work from plans.
• Some experience at Groundworks, Paving, Blockwork and timber work.
• Safe pass & manual handling.
• Excavator ticket (beneficial but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions well and communicate clearly with team members.
• Hands-on role supporting residential landscaping projects.
• Work from plans and contribute to high-end project execution.
