Job summary

O'Neill Designs, a growing landscaping and outdoor-living company in Ireland, is seeking an experienced landscaper / crew leader for full-time work across Monaghan and Louth. The role suits someone who can lead projects from start to finish and work independently with pride in finish.

The position offers progression into a crew leader / site supervisor role as the company grows, with pay €20–€25 per hour and a 40-hour week. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site.

Qualifications

• Professional landscaping or groundworks experience required.
• Strong paving/patio experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work from measurements, levels and plans.
• High workmanship standards and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to take responsibility on site.
• Willingness to work across Monaghan and Louth sites.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paving and porcelain patio installation.
• Ground preparation and levels.
• Artificial grass installation.
• Fencing.
• Drainage and groundwork.
• Raised beds and garden features.
• General landscaping and garden transformations.
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment.
• Working alongside and helping manage other crew members.
• Keeping jobs organised, tidy and progressing to schedule.
