O'Neill Designs, a growing landscaping and outdoor-living company in Ireland, is seeking an experienced landscaper / crew leader for full-time work across Monaghan and Louth. The role suits someone who can lead projects from start to finish and work independently with pride in finish.

The position offers progression into a crew leader / site supervisor role as the company grows, with pay €20–€25 per hour and a 40-hour week. This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site.

Qualifications

• Professional landscaping or groundworks experience required.
• Strong paving/patio experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work from measurements, levels and plans.
• High workmanship standards and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to take responsibility on site.
• Willingness to work across Monaghan and Louth sites.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader

O'Neill Designs is a growing landscaping and outdoor-living company carrying out garden transformations across Monaghan and Louth.

We are looking for an experienced landscaper / crew leader to join us full-time. This role would suit someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their finish and is capable of helping lead landscaping projects from start to completion.

The work will include:

• Paving and porcelain patio installation
• Ground preparation and levels
• Artificial grass installation
• Fencing
• Drainage and groundwork
• Raised beds and garden features
• General landscaping and garden transformations
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment
• Working alongside and helping manage other crew members
• Keeping jobs organised, tidy and progressing to schedule

What we're looking for:

• Previous professional landscaping or groundworks experience
• Strong paving/patio experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work from measurements, levels and job plans
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable and able to take responsibility on site
• Comfortable dealing professionally with customers
• Full driving licence preferred
• Ability to work across sites in Monaghan and Louth

This is not an entry-level labouring position. We are looking for someone with practical experience who can take responsibility on site and become an important part of the company as we grow.

Pay: €20-€25 per hour depending on experience and ability.

There is genuine opportunity for the right person to progress into a larger crew leader / site supervisor role as O'Neill Designs expands.
