Job summary

Vita Actives is expanding its team and is looking for Production Operatives in Carrowteige, Co. Mayo, Ireland. This is a hands-on production role in powder blends, capsules, and tablets; full training will be provided.

You will operate blending, filling and packaging equipment, carry out quality checks, follow hygiene and safety procedures, and work as part of a team to meet production targets. The role involves lifting up to 25 kg and a two-shift-rotating cycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience is desirable but full training provided.
• Must be dependable, punctual and safety-conscious with attention to detail.
• Able to follow procedures accurately and work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and handle materials safely.
• Two-shift rotating cycle availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder blending, filling and packing equipment.
• Operate capsule filling and tablet manufacturing machinery.
• Prepare and blend powders to production specifications.
• Weigh, fill, seal and label products.
• Carry out routine quality checks and complete production records.
• Follow production, quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Handle raw materials and finished products.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
