Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a leading Irish property developer in Dublin. You will ensure construction activities comply with legislation and company standards across multiple residential sites, advising management and conducting inspections and risk assessments.

You will deliver training, foster a proactive safety culture, contribute to incident investigations, and report to the Health & Safety Manager; a full-time role with a competitive €65,000 salary plus car

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety or a related field.
• Experience in Health & Safety within residential construction.
• Full clean Driver Licence with occasional travel to sites in Dublin.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and influence best practice across site teams.

Responsibilities
