• Ensure high standards of bathrooms, stores and corridors.
• Communicate with guests to meet needs and handle requests efficiently.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and name badge, adhere to clocking policy.
• Maintain tidy trolleys and storage areas; safeguard hotel assets.
• Follow health, safety and fire regulations and staff handbook procedures.
