The Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone is seeking a Receptionist to join the team. You will create memorable experiences for guests during check-in, check-out and reservations, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

The ideal candidate will deliver intuitive, personal service with a friendly, confident demeanor, and can handle a fast-paced environment including rotating shifts on weekends.

Qualifications

• Full-time role as receptionist with front desk duties.
• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Ability to sell the Diamond Coast Hotel experience.
• Confident, well-groomed, and friendly personality.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Working on rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Experience with revenue management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and build strong guest relationships.
• Ensure smooth check-in/out and complete audit procedures as required.
• Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them promptly.
